I have a strong sense of humour and often make light of things. I am interested in history and current affairs. I like many types of music but especially orchestral, ballet and opera. I like good wine and food and enjoy cooking. I love shooting which is my main outdoor pastime. I am interested in other people especially when they can offer good and interesting conversation. I empathise and like to help those close to me when they encounter difficulties.

I am looking for someone who laughs easily and has a good sense of humour. Loyalty is a strong point with me. I believe in giving the other person "room to breathe" and spending a little time each day apart. Intelligence is important but not in a laboured fashion. Boring people do not appeal to me! I am looking for someone whom I can be generous to and help in her personal development and to achieve her goals.
