A new hobby in my life is cooking, always healthy and healthy eating with lots of protein. I go to the gym and adhere to proper nutrition🥑🥩, thoroughly study all the rules of training with weights and write out training programs for myself and my friends. I am active, I often plan trips and create a wide variety of routes: visiting cultural attractions, walking admiring nature, and visiting ski resorts.
